Every Man Ministries had the dream to put together the number one resource on the web for men's ministry information and tools. Bill Crane Technologies has helped them architect, develop, manage and market their vision. Today, www.everymanministries.com is solely developed, operated and marketed by Bill Crane Technologies and is currently the largest men's ministry resource on the web.

Project Highlights:

Utilized several cloud based technologies (Windows Azure, AWS, Wowza and Office365) and developed a .net based web platform to implement a highly fluid and scalable solution that provided video streaming, content management, e-commerce with a subscription based model to deliver content. This solution was architected to be able to service several different business verticals at the same time utilizing a SaaS model.
Sourced and managed a technology team in a highly agile environment with very limited startup capital.
Developed, implemented and managed a product strategy for SEO and SEM optimization for Everymanministries.com to maximize their online presence.
Worked closely with outsourced PR, Marketing and Social Media companies to successfully implement a new product strategy for Every Man Ministries client.

Vanguard University

Conducted a strategic assessment on Vanguard University’s entire IT\IS environment. This assessment included organizational changes, technology changes and enhancements to their existing ERP system as well as realigning IT’s role in the organization, allowing Vanguard to take full advantage of technology to stay competitive in its market.

South West Church

Acting as interim CIO for South West Church in Palm Desert, CA. Working with existing Director of IT to completely overhaul all IT systems, to include the following: upgrade Core Network Switches and wiring, migrating legacy phone system to a cloud based VOIP system, upgrading and rolling out new wireless network for entire campus, implementing a video security system, migrating email from gmail to Exchange365, upgrading file storage and implementing a disaster recovery plan for crucial data, cleaning up Fellowship One church management system, migrating to Quickbooks online from stand alone version.

Christ Fellowship Church

Conducted a strategic assessment of Christ Fellowships IT\IS environment. This assessment included interviewing and selecting Director of IT, evaluating several ERP systems for optimal fit into their environment, helping to structure appropriate IT budgets, interviewing existing IT staff and making organizational change recommendations, assessing network topology and recommending changes to server virtualization and disaster recovery policies and interviewing various business divisions within the organization to assess their IT needs and make appropriate recommendations.
